How to cook
Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté small Onion until softened. Stir Onions and chicken (200gr cut into strips) cook until chicken is evenly brown; stir in garlic when chicken is about half done, remove from heat.
Fill a pan of water and boil. Add lasagne kotthu and cook for 8 minutes or until well cooked. Drain the water and add to a saucepan.
Heat 2-3 teaspoons of oil in a different pan. Once it’s hot, temper with vegetables (eg: leeks, carrot) and 2 eggs. Add seasoning powder from sachet to the mix. Pour the chicken mixture into the saucepan, add the lasagne and stir with the mixture.
Suggestion: you can use Prawn, sausages or beef.
